Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These are the terms for using 30 Day Workbookand the workbooks we hand out. By using the site or downloading a workbook, you're agreeing to them. We've kept the legal parts as short as we honestly can.
Using the site and the workbooks
The site and the workbooks are here for you to use. Read the articles, download the PDFs, print them, fill them in, and work through a challenge at your own pace. You don't need an account, and there's nothing to pay.
Please don't try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, overload it, or use it to do something illegal. That's about the extent of the house rules.
Personal use, not commercial use
The workbook PDFs are for your own personal use. Download them, print as many copies as you want for yourself, and share the link to this site with a friend who might like one.
What you can't do is sell the PDFs, repackage them, hand them out as part of a paid product or course, run them in a classroom or workshop without asking us first, or strip our name off them and pass the work as your own. If you want to use a workbook with a group, a team, or a class, that's often fine, just email us and ask.
Who owns what
The workbooks, the writing, the prompts, the design, and the name belong to 30 Day Workbook. Downloading a workbook gives you the right to use it for yourself. It doesn't transfer ownership and it doesn't give you a license to resell or republish it. Once you fill a workbook in, the words you write are yours. We never see them, and we don't want to.
This is not medical or mental-health advice
The workbooks and the articles are for general wellbeing and self-reflection. They are not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for talking to a doctor, a therapist, or another qualified professional. If you're dealing with something serious, please reach out to someone who is trained to help.
If you're in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, contact a local emergency number or a crisis line right away. A journaling workbook is not the right tool for that moment, and we'd much rather you got real help.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
We make these workbooks carefully, but we offer them as they are, without warranties of any kind. We can't promise a particular result, that the site will always be up, or that every file will be free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, 30 Day Workbookisn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come out of using the site or the workbooks. You use them at your own discretion. Some places don't allow certain limits like these, so a part of this may not apply to you.
Links to other sites
Now and then we link out to other sites and resources. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them. A link isn't an endorsement of everything over there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be sorted out directly will be handled by the courts located there.
