About
A library of finishable workbooks
Most self-improvement content is built to be read, not finished. You read a book, you nod along, you save the article, you screenshot the Instagram pin. A week later you don't remember what it said.
30 Day Workbook makes the opposite kind of thing. Each workbook is short on purpose. It's a printable PDF with thirty days of prompts. Five minutes a day, no app, no streak you can break, no guilt. There's a daily email that arrives in the morning with the day's prompt, so you don't have to remember on your own.
Who this is for
People who have started a gratitude journal three times and never finished one. People who like the physical act of writing things down but don't want a $97 course about it. People who'd rather print one good thing than scroll through ten mediocre ones.
Who this isn't for
If you're looking for medical advice, this isn't that. If you're looking for hustle-culture “transform your life” energy, also not that. The workbooks are small on purpose. The point is to finish one, not to feel like you should have done more.
How the workbooks get made
Each workbook starts with a topic that's small enough to fit inside thirty days: gratitude, decluttering one drawer, a morning routine, focus, a habit you keep trying to start. We design the workbook around five-minute daily prompts, weekly reflections, and a wrap-up that turns the practice into something portable. Then the email companion gets written one day at a time, so each morning's prompt is short enough to read in the time it takes to make coffee.
What we don't do
We don't track streaks. We don't scold you for missing days. We don't run ads. We don't sell your email address. We don't pretend to be a doctor, a therapist, or a coach.
What's next
New workbook each month. Gratitude is the first one. Decluttering, a morning routine, focus, and brain training are queued. If there's a topic you wish existed, write back to any email we send and tell us.
